We are TLM Innovations, creator of Job Shop Office (JSO).

Tom Marchbanks is the chief programmer and designer of JSO. He has personally written or supervised work on this software from its inception almost 25 years ago. Tom started TLM in 1995 as Tamasem Computing and incorporated as TLM Innovations, Inc. in 2006.

As an expert software designer/systems analyst, Tom has the ability to quickly analyse the client's needs and design a custom JSO system that is a perfect fit for their operation. In the design and creation of a custom system, Tom personally supervises every detail of the work as it progresses; and the client continues to work directly with him. TLM customers know they are working directly with the creator of the software. After the system is installed and set up, the client's office staff is personally trained by Tom. Each new system includes a full year of service and support via phone and internet, which includes helpdesk support, data maintenance, and program updates (as stated in our service agreement).

Tom started writing Job Shop Office almost 25 years ago, and has been improving and doing custom work on it and servicing customers ever since. We have many customers who have been loyal to us for many years - and we believe that this is because they trust us and they know they're dealing with the writer of the program.
