But it also meant having the ability to customize processes and data for orders without compromising original master processes. They wanted their printed forms to be laid out clearly, easy to read, and with their company's logos, trademarks and accreditations included.
They wanted more: A quoting system that would dovetail exactly with the order entry system. An invoicing and billing procedure that is simple yet accurate. A job costing system that reflected the reality of their operation. A purchasing/payables system equally simple and accurate, that would tie in to their job costing needs. A solid yet easy to use general ledger system to manage their company's finances. And they needed it to be simple and easy to use for unsophisticated office workers - i.e. normal people (computer geeks not required - but it will please even them).

- similarly, since you have the option in JSO to 'view' all of the reports in Windows Wordpad (or the word processor of your choice), you can edit and send copies of reports using your e-mail or fax programs.
